EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you have bought a product in ZUERAS and it is the case:

  • The product does not convince me and I want to change it for another one.
  • I want to change the size (like a ring size).
  • I want to cancel the purchase.   In these cases, you have 14 days from the day you have received the product to make an exchange or a return.

The product must be sent in its original packaging in perfect condition with no signs of use and in the same conditions as received. Shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns will be charged to the consumer.

No returns or exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

  • Product damaged by use.
  • Product damaged by contact with abrasive materials.
  • After 14 days from the date the product was received.

Explain:

  • Reason for exchange or return.
  • Product to be exchanged or returned (product description).
  • Solution you want with the exchange or return: exchange for another product, change of size or refund.  

Solutions:

  • Exchange for another product. If the amount is less, the refund will be made by the same means that made the payment.
  • If the amount is higher, the missing amount will be paid by the same means as the purchase.
  • If you want to return the amount will be made by the same means that made the purchase or by bank transfer. The new product will be sent or the amount returned once the product has been received and reviewed. The return of the amount can take between 2 or 3 working days, depending on the bank.

The shipping costs for changes and returns will be paid by the consumer.

You also have the option of delivering the product to the physical store within 14 days from the time you received it:

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT

In the case of a defective or wrong product (we apologize in advance) you must do the following: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Show:

  • Attach a photograph of the defective or wrong product. 
  • Explain the reason for the exchange or return.
  • Solution you want with the exchange or return: exchange for the same product, exchange for a different product or refund.


Solutions:

  • Change for the same product. Once we receive the defective one we will send you a new one. If there is no stock you can change for another product or ask for a refund.
  • Change for another different product. If the amount is less, we will refund the amount by the same means that made the payment. If the amount is higher, the missing amount will be paid by the same means as the purchase.
  • If you want to return the amount will be made by the same means that made the purchase or by bank transfer.   We will send the new product or refund the amount once we have received the product and reviewed it. The return of the amount can take between 2 or 3 working days, depending on the bank.

The shipping costs for defective or wrong product will be paid by the company ZUERAS. You also have the option of delivering the product to the physical store in a period of 14 days from the time you received it:
