INVERTED MOON PENDANT

This necklace is formed with an inverted moon pendant also known as crescent moon, inverted horn or downward moon. The size of the pendant is 16 mm. With chain of 40 cm or 45 cm to choose.

Available in 925 sterling silver rhodium plated and 925 sterling silver with 18 K gold plating.

By default, the pendant includes a 40 cm chain.

SYMBOLOGY

 The inverted moon is a symbol that was used as an amulet since ancient times until now: the inverted moon has been found in Roman, Greek and Egyptian representations, although it is more associated with Celtic culture because it is found in prehistoric representations mostly in Ireland.

Considering that it is the crescent moon, its meaning refers to what is to be born, to grow, to increase. Therefore it is used as an amulet for greater happiness, for a positive change, to strengthen love or to find it... On the other hand, the crescent moon means going towards full enlightenment, resurgence of light, rebirth, it means a change with the victory of light over darkness.
